The Roripaugh Ranch is an 800 acre, 2,500 unit pedestrian gated master planned community.

The community consists of 20 neighborhood planning areas, 20 acre community sports park, 5 acre neighborhood park, two 4 acre private parks with recreation centers, schools and a 12 acre commercial center, along with paseos linking neighborhoods to the parks as well as to equestrian and walking trails.

UNICOM Global purchased a 70 acre tract of land in Roripaugh Ranch and is working with local authorities in the planning of a UNICOM IT Village. The IT Village will host a range of services, products and distribution facilities creating critical jobs in the U.S. IT industry in one of the most attractive locations in the country, set into the landscape and crowned with a continuous skylight which runs the length of the main facility.
